Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with Golden Instance architecture
- Lead design for functional domains (IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, etc.)
- Review and validate designs from System Integrators and delivery teams
- Enforce standardized design patterns across all onboarding functions
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and maximize reuse
- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Present solution designs, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Identify architectural gaps and manage exceptions/escalations
- Support convergence of multiple instances into a unified Golden Instance
- Drive elimination of legacy customizations and inconsistent data models
- Enable enterprise data alignment and integration scalability
- Work closely with Development, Integration, and Testing leads
- Clarify design intent and resolve design-time issues
- Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and architectural standards
- Ensure platform stability, upgrade readiness, and long-term sustainability
- Embed DevOps discipline, governance, and quality controls
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent in a related field
