We're a team of 15 volunteers building a platform that brings Ukrainian IT/tech/digital jobs into one place.

We noticed that popular platforms list only 5–10k jobs, while the Ukrainian market has 25–35k. Our goal is to collect all IT/tech/digital jobs in Ukraine (and then worldwide) and provide them to candidates for free — so they can find jobs in one place, without having to search across multiple websites.

How TheJob works:

• Aggregates IT/tech/digital jobs directly from company career pages, unified in one place;
• Normalizes job data (titles, levels, skills, work mode, seniority level, tech stack, location, company);
• Reduces duplicates and keeps listings structured and easy to compare;
• Updates regularly, so you see what's fresh;
• Always links to the original posting so you can verify and apply with confidence.
