ClauseMatch is a UK startup building the first cloud solution for matching, negotiating and managing energy and financial trading agreements.ClauseMatch was created by three founders passionate about making agreement negotiations more effective. After years of negotiating master agreements for energy companies and banks, we understood that there was room for improving the process. With new regulations being implemented in trading and financial environments and recurring resourcing issues that affect many organisations today, we decided that it was the right time to introduce a new solution to the market to streamline the process of negotiating agreements.Our team is based in the UK, Australia and Ukraine and we currently work with major energy companies in Europe.
