Igluu will offer the Czech real estate market and its participants digital tools and the MLS ecosystem already used by more than 115,000 real estate professionals and financial intermediaries in the US and Canada. These technologies will significantly simplify and accelerate their work, speed up the processing of mortgage loans and other housing-related services, and support the development of new business opportunities.Igluu’s digital tools will include BankID, including the AML process and digital signature, connection to the land registry and the use of cadastral data and services or property valuation. The solution will include a public online portal with a comprehensive real estate inventory, which will gradually integrate innovative technologies from the ČSOB Group and third parties, including, for example, online comparison of financial and non-financial products from most domestic providers.
