About the Position

QS Games - a Ukrainian product game development company, developing its own games and moving towards the European publisher ecosystem.

We create web and mobile projects in the casual (farm / city-building) genres and are gradually expanding towards publishing. Our projects have already gathered hundreds of thousands of players. The QS Games team consists of 170+ specialists working on the development and scaling of products.

We are currently looking for a Producer for one of our web projects, focusing on the systematic development of the product through active work with analytics and key game metrics, able to build and test hypotheses and turn them into real changes within the product.

The goal of the role is to ensure comprehensive product development through data: finding growth points, improving key game metrics, developing monetization, ensuring effective interaction between all development participants, and synchronizing team work.

Our Ideal Candidate

Has experience working with web or mobile F2P games, preferably in the farm or city-builder genre.
Understands the economics of F2P products, monetization principles, balance, and progression, as well as their impact on key business metrics.
Possesses product analysis skills: working with game metrics, forming and testing product hypotheses, making decisions based on data.
Has experience improving key product indicators, including retention, engagement, and monetization.
Understands the casual F2P game market, audience needs, and the competitive environment.
Has experience in product development: defining priorities, setting goals, structuring tasks, preparing documentation, and working with the project budget.
Effectively coordinates the work of cross-functional teams, interacts with stakeholders, and is able to clearly communicate decisions to the team.
Communicates in English at the B2-C1 level.

What You Will Do

Define the direction of the web project development together with the team, form a product plan, and participate in budgeting.
Analyze player behavior and key product metrics, find growth points, and make decisions based on data.
Plan, launch, and evaluate product experiments to improve business indicators.
Develop game economy, balance, progression, FTUE, and LiveOps to increase the long-term value of the product.
Initiate and implement product improvements aimed at reducing player churn and increasing their engagement.
Formulate goals and priorities for the team, coordinate task execution, and ensure effective interaction between marketing, product analytics, development, and other teams to achieve business goals.

Pluses

Experience working with web products.
Experience working with LiveOps projects for 5+ years in the market.
Use of AI tools for data analysis and research.
