About the Position

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide on-site installation, servicing, and repair of UCT products. This role ensures customer satisfaction and drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Responsible for on-site installation, servicing, and repair of UCT products in the field
Provide regular updates on field failures and reliability issues at operations meetings, quality meetings, and through written field services reports
Represent UCT at customer sites
Instruct and train customers in the operation and maintenance of UCT systems
Initiate corrective action through the corrective action/customer complaint database and field service reports
Communicate regularly with account managers, sales support staff, operations groups, and the customer via phone, email, and UCT website

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+ years of field service experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry highly preferred
- Hands-on experience building and/or maintaining semiconductor process equipment, preferably gas delivery systems desired
