1st Level Support (m/w/d) - Design Solutions

Your Challenge with Us
- You will work in a process-oriented international IT support team and take over 1st-level customer support for our design solutions.
- You will handle disturbances and service requests that come in through the customer hotline or via ticket.
- With your experience in the furniture/kitchen industry or in IT support, you will master specific service requests confidently. You will analyze disturbances and user questions professionally and work closely with our 2nd-level support on more in-depth technical issues.
- You will document confirmed errors in a known error database to handle recurring problems more efficiently.
- You will support knowledge management by preparing and maintaining support documentation and solutions.
- A particular focus of your work will be on professional communication with our customers and the comprehensive documentation of all support activities. This significantly contributes to customer satisfaction, transparency, and sustainable problem-solving.
What We Expect from You
- You have a completed commercial or industrial vocational training.
- Alternatively, you are a career changer, e.g., from kitchen sales or the master data area, who has already gained a lot of experience in the industry in everyday work.
- Ideally, you have a high IT affinity and a passion for software and data.
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy delving deeply into complex issues.
- Your working style is independent and characterized by a high level of customer orientation and teamwork.
- You communicate professionally, are resilient, and do not lose your composure even in difficult situations.
- You have very good German and good English skills in speech and writing.
