Responsibilities
- Analyze the stakeholder's needs and expectations, achieving complete understanding of the system space, establishing the requirements for the system, and ensuring that all requirements relevant for product development are clarified.
- Define the architecture of the product, ensure the system architecture is assigned/covered into the respective disciplines designs/architectures.
- Define the integration strategy and the acceptance criteria.
- Deliver a complete and validated technical product.
- Manage the engineering contents of the Project Schedule.
- Conduct the entire RD Effort Estimation and spending control.
- Properly analyze test issues and implement corrective measures done by the disciplines.
- Provide project reporting and escalation, if necessary.
Requirements
- Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Software, Mechanical, or intelligent engineering.
- Strong self-motivation and excellent learning ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in student leadership, academic competitions, or enterprise internships is a plus.
- Good English skills.
