2027 Supply Summer Internship - Nutley, NJ

With complete involvement from day one, you’ll be part of the team that helps deliver our trusted brands to millions of consumers every day. During this immersive 10-week summer internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Reckitt’s fast-paced Supply organization, supporting the operations behind brands like Lysol, Mucinex, Airborne, Durex, KY, Neuriva, and more.

You’ll take ownership of meaningful projects from the start, working alongside cross-functional teams in areas such as Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Supply Chain. Whether optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, supporting product launches, or helping solve real-time supply challenges, you’ll play a direct role in keeping our business moving.

The focus of the program is learning through doing, with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders and teammates who will help you grow your skills and expand your business acumen. Every project is designed to give you exposure to the scale, complexity, and impact of a global supply organization.

The internship program will begin on June 2nd and end on August 12th and will be located at Reckitt’s North America Headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Work on individual projects within the Supply organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in formal mentorship and buddy system
• Engage in learning and development opportunities
• Attend functional skills training sessions
• Present at the end of the summer
• Support relocation if needed

Requirements

• Latest graduation date May 2028
• Must be available to work in person for 40 hours a week at Reckitt's office in Nutley, NJ
• Relocation assistance may be granted
