About the Position
3D Animator (Project Based)

Responsibilities
- Create fast-paced blocking animations to bring ideas to life
- Animate characters and props with a touch of realism
- Follow references and get into the character's flow
- Be a good storyteller to support your creative decisions
- Adapt to the specific style of animation required
- Implement feedback and adjust animations as needed
- Use and adapt to various types of rigs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in game development and animation
- Proficiency in animating characters and objects
- Experience with software such as 3ds Max or Maya
- Familiarity with various types of rigs
- Knowledge of Unreal/Metahuman
- Ability to work with blend shapes (timing, expression)
- Ability to adjust animations for style (iterative, per given direction)
- Experience with Motion Builder/Spine is a plus
- Rigging and modeling abilities are a plus
- Strong collaboration skills with other artists (3D and 2D Artists, Art Directors, etc.)
- Ability to understand project needs and stay within the project's style
