3D Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled 3D Designer for a full-time remote role, specializing in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation.

Responsibilities

• Creating 3D designs, 3D modeling, lighting, graphic design, and animation as per project requirements.
• Developing 2D CAD plans, sections, and elevations.
• Producing 3D floor plans and interior & exterior renderings.
• Creating real estate renderings for marketing walkthrough and flythrough animations.
• Designing furniture drawings, landscaping, and mechanical drawings.
• Preparing solid 3D models ready for 3D printing (STL).
• Creating 360° panorama virtual tours and mapping Google Maps sites to 3D models.
• Applying lighting, graphic design, and animation skills.
• Utilizing proficiency in relevant software, including Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3D Modeling, Rendering, and Animation.
• Skills in 2D CAD plans, Sections, Elevations, Interior & Exterior Renderings, Real estate renderings, Furniture Drawings, Landscaping, Mechanical drawings, Solid 3D model ready for 3D Printing (STL), and 360° panorama Virtual tours Google Maps site to 3D Model.
• Lighting, Graphic Design, and Animation skills.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role.
