3D Environment Supervisor

About the Position

We are seeking a 3D Environment Supervisor to lead the delivery of AAA-quality, game-ready 3D environments and props from brief through final implementation. Own environment production quality, planning, communication, risk management, and reliable delivery. Develop the environment team through clear direction, review, mentoring, and workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AAA-quality, game-ready 3D environments and props from brief through final implementation.
• Own environment production quality, planning, communication, risk management, and reliable delivery.
• Develop the environment team through clear direction, review, mentoring, and workflow improvement.
• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and workloads to ensure all environment milestones are met on time.
• Review assets against art and technical standards; identify and fix production issues and provide actionable feedback.
• Act as the primary liaison between Environment artists, the 3D Lead, and cross-functional teams regarding risks and progress.
• Support team excellence through onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development.

• Environment Crafting: Modelling, texturing & materials
• Engine Ready: Unreal / Unity & asset optimization
• Quality Check: Asset review & production standards
• Quest Tracking: Tasks, milestones & delivery follow-up
• Team Buff: Artist support & day-to-day coordination
