3D Project Coordinator (Architectural Visualization)

We are a young and innovative IT/Design company. We specialize in creating realistic interior and exterior architectural renders that have high artistic standards, in addition to product concepts, and high added value animations. We also provide our clients applications that serve the content we create for them. We thrive on working on exciting and challenging projects, and we have fun doing it!
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of international projects
- Coordinate team members, client representatives, and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously (3-5)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (tables, reports, to-do lists, etc.)
- Solve any sudden emerging issues on the project
Requirements
- Experience in Agile/Kanban
- Implemented at least 5 projects
- Work experience in software on a daily basis using Favro and Slack (alternative to Jira and Asana)
- Worked with small teams up to 10 people
- Competent to lead the team and take own responsibility
- Fluent in spoken and written English for interaction with international stakeholders (100% of our projects are international)
- Ability to work uninterrupted despite blackout from 9:30 - 18:30 (from coworking or having alternative sources of energy like generator, power station, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience in project management in one of the areas (design, marketing, architecture)
- Worked as/with a visualizer / 3D Artist
- Worked with rolling deadlines projects (from 1 week till 2-3 months)
- Experience in customer communication
- Not afraid of problems and difficulties - see them as challenges that need to be done

Working Conditions
- Work schedule from 09:30 to 18:30 with a lunch break / 5-day work schedule
