Also, around 70% of our junior jobs are filled from our youth programme pool e.g. interns and apprentices. It truly is your best gateway to a career with us!
Responsibilities
As a member of the EHS team at EPISKIN (Episkintech), you will contribute to the environmental performance and safety culture of the site, which hosts research and support activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
Environment
- Environmental analysis: Identify, assess and prioritize the site's environmental aspects and impacts (air emissions, water discharges, waste, noise), then propose and formalize prevention and mitigation measures for significant impacts.
- Energy management and ISO 50001: Help build, run and maintain the ISO 50001 certification approach, identify the site's Significant Energy Uses and define energy performance indicators.
- Awareness: Design campaigns on eco-gestures and energy efficiency ("waste hunting") for site employees (laboratories, offices, technical services).
- Environmental reporting: Improve the collection and consolidation of monthly and annual data (water, gas and electricity consumption, waste volumes by stream).
- "Water and Energy Routes": Map the path of each utility (city water, electricity, gas, steam, compressed air…) from the main meters to the final points of consumption, analyze these flows to spot drifts, leaks or non-optimized uses, and propose technical improvement action plans.
Safety
- EHS culture: Write safety flashes and quick-reference sheets, or design visual and interactive communication materials to run safety briefings.
- Events: Help organize awareness events (Safety Day, thematic workshops, webinars).
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bac+5 engineering school program, looking for a final-year internship, with an option in Risk Management, Environment or Biology and an interest in EHS.
