We are looking for a Property Industrial and Intellectual lawyer to join our team in Madrid, providing strategic and operational advice.

Responsibilities

• Conducting trademark investigations (prior searches, feasibility and risk analysis).
• Advising on IP asset protection strategy (trademarks, designs, copyrights, domain names).
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP-related contracts (licenses, assignments, sponsorship agreements, co-branding, etc.).
• Supporting the global management of trademark portfolios and other rights.
• Coordinating with agents and law firms in different jurisdictions.
• Monitoring administrative procedures (applications, oppositions, renewals).
• Participating in cross-functional projects, including product launches or branding initiatives.
• Advising on enforcement and protection of rights, including strategies against infringements.
• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in IP matters at the international level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Degree in Law.
• Specialization in Industrial and Intellectual Property.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP.
• High level of English (C2).
• Autonomous, proactive profile with the ability to work in demanding and multidisciplinary environments.
• High capacity for communication with international clients.
• Experience in-house in IP matters will be valued.
