About the Position

Account Coordinator - German Speaking

We are looking for a German-speaking Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Storm Ideas. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Germany.

Why Us?

  • Compensation: EUR 34,000 - 38,000 annually
  • Remote Work: Fully remote, work from anywhere in Germany
  • Benefits: 33 days paid leave and additional benefits
  • Clients: Work with globally recognized entertainment and media brands
  • Tools: Access to high-end computers and the latest software and AI tools

Note: Fluency in German is essential.

About the Role

At Storm Ideas, we are an AI-native agency where AI tools and agentic workflows are integral to our operations. As an AI-First Account Executive, you will support Account Managers and client teams by translating client priorities and agreed directions into actionable tasks. Your responsibilities will include tracking follow-ups, preparing updates, coordinating information, checking quality, supporting client communication, and ensuring everyone is informed about the status and next steps.

This role requires native or near-native proficiency in German, with the ability to switch seamlessly between English and German for internal and client-facing communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers and client teams with delegated tasks, priorities, workflows, and coordination needs.
  • Convert client requests and account context into clear tasks, updates, handovers, next steps, or questions.
  • Keep delegated work organized and visible, ensuring actions, deadlines, decisions, approvals, blockers, status updates, and follow-ups are clear.
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with Account Managers, collaborators, and clients, especially when time-sensitive.
  • Move easily between English and German work, understanding internal English context and producing natural German client or community-facing communication.
  • Own repeatable account workflows and delegated account processes, using AI and better workflows to improve speed, structure, reliability, and quality.
  • Build client, service, and strategy understanding to use stronger judgment, spot risks early, and escalate with clear context, options, and evidence when needed.
  • Coordinate stakeholders professionally when feedback, assets, approvals, decisions, or commitments are missing or late.
  • Check your own work carefully before handing it over, including a critical review of anything AI-generated.
  • Continuously improve how the work gets done by encoding your best methods into reusable skills and workflows.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native spoken and written German is required, plus strong written English.
  • Clear, professional client communication skills.
  • Demonstrable, hands-on use of AI tools and AI agents in your real work, studies, or personal projects.
  • Strong judgment when reviewing AI output against the brief, context, audience, language quality, and client need.
  • A systems thinker who sees repeatable work as a workflow to design and improve.
  • High agency and ownership, comfortable taking delegated work forward and driving improvements to completion.
  • Strong prioritization in a remote, async environment.
  • Good technical adaptability and strong attention to detail.
  • Curiosity about media, entertainment, creators, online communities, and how client work gets delivered at scale.

What We Offer

  • Modern Tools & A Real AI Stack: We provide cutting-edge tools and a strong appetite for better ways of working.
  • Your Methods Can Become How The Team Works: We encourage innovation and will help you encode and teach your methods to the team.
  • Team-Based, International, Remote-First: Be part of an international team of 175+ people who work remotely and communicate clearly.
  • Remote-First & Flexible: This role is fully remote, with a requirement to work from 9:00-18:00 CET/CEST.

Recruitment Process

  1. Apply in English with your CV and any work you want to show us (optional but a bonus).
  2. Shortlisted applicants will answer a set of self-recorded video questions.
  3. Next, you will meet with the recruitment team or account leadership.
  4. Complete a short, time-boxed practical task built around a realistic account support brief.
  5. The final stage is a second interview with a senior leader.

Not sure you tick every box? Apply anyway if this sounds like how you already work. We're more interested in your judgment, your communication, your language quality, and how you work with AI than in a perfect traditional CV.
