Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner: Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact between our client and the agency, building a relationship of complete trust.
• Business Understanding: Deeply understand the business challenges to translate them into clear briefs and comprehensive strategic solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, organize, and inspire multidisciplinary teams (Planning, Creativity, Media, Analytics, CX, UX, Social Media, and Production).
• Project Ownership: Own projects by setting timelines, negotiating schedules, and ensuring high-quality deliveries on time.
• Executive Presentation: Present strategies, proposals, and results in an executive and decision-oriented manner.
• Business Vision: Have a business vision to detect new opportunities and grow the account.
• Communication: Maintain constant communication with regional and global teams to share best practices and align strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Business, or related field.
• Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience (with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role as Account Director).
• Language: Advanced English is essential (Your communication with global teams and stakeholders will be daily).
• Skills: Leadership, empathy, proactivity, and high adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Adobe.
• Location: Willingness to collaborate in our amazing office in Polanco (Lago Alberto 319) and enjoy the deli options in our cafeteria! 🌮☕
