We are seeking an Account Director to lead strategic partnerships with Tier-1 companies in the German industrial sector.

With the entry of our investor Maguar, specialized in B2B software with 600 million € AUM, and the recent acquisition of ScableOne, we are significantly expanding our field: We are building a holistic platform for people in the factory: Workforce Management, Shopfloor Execution, Qualification Development, and Strategic Workforce Planning. To continue shaping this growth, we are looking for an Account Director (m/w/d):
- You are the strategic contact person for renowned Tier-1 companies in the German industrial sector and maintain a trusting partnership at the plant, production, HR, and IT levels.
- You develop concrete cross- and upsell strategies from customer needs and bring them to completion independently.
- You don't just write plans for the drawer: Your key account strategies are lived, monitored, and further developed.
- You are the interface between Sales, Project Team, and Account Management – and ensure that the customer notices nothing except that everything works simply.
- You work closely with the leadership team, which has already been responsible for growth at leading global tech, digital, and consulting firms.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the enterprise environment, ideally in the SaaS, software, or IT sector
- Sales-oriented personality with strong strategic thinking
- High software affinity and a good understanding of digital transformation projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills at the C-level
- Enjoy taking responsibility and shaping successes together with the team
- German at native level and fluent English
