About the Position

Ciklum is looking for an Account Director to join our team full-time in the US.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of clients within the RCG domain and identify opportunities to grow client accounts, including technology-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives
Develop account management strategies (farming, up-selling, cross-selling etc.) with a focus on IT-enabled services and emerging technologies
Manage client accounts and build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted technology advisor
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs, ensuring integration of IT systems and compliance with security standards
Liaise with account partners and digital teams for effective collaboration on client accounts, including technical solution design and implementation oversight

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer/ Digital Engineering or related
Experience in client communication. Experience with new digital technologies such as AR/VR, AI/ML, and IoT
Experience in engineering services which included Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, Smart Manufacturing, Smart Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Digital Product and Platform Engineering, Omnichannel Banking, Payments, Telematics, RoboInvestment Advisory, and Cognitive Automation
Experience in sales management and portfolio diversification goals
Experience in frameworks and technology accelerators in software engineering, OEM, and product design
Experience with market research, account research, and competitive positioning analysis
Experience working with Linux server installation and configuration
Experience with SSH, Apache, and MySQL
