Account Executive

About the Position

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our Account Management team based in Manila. We want individuals who can help us achieve business targets by creating and maintaining professional relationships with business clients.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth
  • Develop and execute account growth plans for assigned clients
  • Increase revenue and order volume through upselling, cross-selling, and service adoption
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Drive client utilization of Lalamove's products and solutions
  • Monitor client performance and provide recommendations to maximize logistics efficiency

Requirements

• Account Management
  • Manage corporate accounts and ensure clients' expectations are being met.
• Sales Strategies
  • Align with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Communication skills
  • Provide and receive information effectively.
• CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales

We Seek

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• At least two (2) years of experience in Corporate Account management functions from any industry.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and do fieldwork activities at times.
