About the Position
Account Executive
Headway is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by making it affordable and accessible for everyone. We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our network of therapists and psychiatrists across the United States.
Responsibilities
As a Provider Growth Associate (Account Executive), you will:
- Scale our community of therapists and psychiatrists to increase access to quality care.
- Be the first point of contact for prospective providers, working cross-functionally to translate sales insights into products and processes.
- Engage in full-cycle sales activities to expand our therapist networks.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales or consumer sales, preferably in a startup environment or with small businesses.
- Strong ability to connect with people in person, over the phone, or via email.
- A deep work ethic and a desire to continuously improve.
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to think on your feet and bounce back from setbacks.
- Analytical skills to experiment with various tactics and identify effective lead generation channels.
- A belief in our mission to provide affordable and accessible mental health care for everyone.
Nice to Have

We Offer
- Compensation: Salary based on geographic location, with Group A at $77,000 and Group B at $69,300. Commission payments are monthly.
