Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics within your assigned territory and accounts
  • Be responsible for pipeline generation in partnership with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel teams
  • Maintain and mature a rolling pipeline of opportunities
  • Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals by leading, shaping, and executing deals
  • Lead the coordination of Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Channel teams in deals
  • Become an expert in the Egnyte portfolio, with the ability to articulate the value, present capabilities, and bring to life for each customer
  • Use company applications such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to manage, document, and close opportunities

Requirements

Essential

  • Successful track record in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Demonstrable experience in managing multiple deals simultaneously
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience
  • Demonstrated executive-level selling
  • Able to communicate fluently in English

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS / tech industry
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Formally trained in sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job/apprentice experience

Compensation

  • Salary: £64,000 to £67,500
  • Bonus: £400 per month
