Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics within your assigned territory and accounts
- Be responsible for pipeline generation in partnership with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel teams
- Maintain and mature a rolling pipeline of opportunities
- Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals by leading, shaping, and executing deals
- Lead the coordination of Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Channel teams in deals
- Become an expert in the Egnyte portfolio, with the ability to articulate the value, present capabilities, and bring to life for each customer
- Use company applications such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to manage, document, and close opportunities
Requirements
Essential
- Successful track record in a quota-carrying sales role
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple deals simultaneously
- 2+ years of direct sales experience
- Demonstrated executive-level selling
- Able to communicate fluently in English
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS / tech industry
- Experience using Salesforce
- Formally trained in sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job/apprentice experience

Compensation
- Salary: £64,000 to £67,500
- Bonus: £400 per month
