Responsibilities

• Supports all aspects of day-to-day account management including internal documents associated with each account
• Establishes day-to-day working relationships with clients across the portfolio to ensure business growth and delivery
• Obtains key client information and transfers them accurately to project teams. Works closely with project teams to ensure effective scoping of work
• Reviews team deliverables and provides oversight. Anticipates, proactively addresses, and advises management on potential client or revenue issues
• Works with Account Managers/Account Directors to develop and implement plans, build relationships, and lead client thinking to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness
• Supports the team in translating the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinates with strategy, creative, and project teams on required deliverables, and manages client expectations
• Provides excellent written and verbal business-communication skills
• Generates revenue & profit targets as defined for accounts
• Ensures executional excellence within the timeline and manages invoicing according to contractual terms
• Manages multicultural projects, coordinates teams and clients; spots risks and issues, supports resourcing, controls the schedule and budget
• Builds financial management skills, including preparation of billing and monthly projections for review
• Acts as a role model for stewardship between the client and the agency by balancing the account’s needs while avoiding unnecessary expenditures and negotiating required costs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of client contact experience in a creative agency, communications, or customer service environment; demonstrated impact on the communication and online strategy for major clients
• MNC/Agency experience would be advantageous
• Outstanding ability to lead, convince, and inspire in a client-service environment; superior listening, interviewing, meeting facilitation, presentation, and writing skills
• Must be proactive, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
• Ability to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Possesses superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
