Responsibilities
- Deliver against a revenue quota
- Research and reach out to target accounts through various channels including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to qualify and set up inbound meetings
- Help develop an outbound sales process that enables scaling
- Utilize Salesforce for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Requirements
- Languages: Dutch (native), English (native)
- 3+ years of experience in the full sales cycle
- 2+ years of experience closing deals
- Prior experience as an Account Executive
- Prior experience in hospitality technology is a must
Compensation
Target cash compensation ranges from €77,000 – €91,000, including a fixed annual salary and uncapped commission paid monthly.
This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.
Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
