Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will be the bridge between the client and the agency's internal teams, ensuring the correct execution of projects, campaigns, and communication initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the daily client relationship, attending to requests, briefs, and feedback
• Coordinating with internal teams (creativity, planning, media, production) for project and campaign execution
• Developing and monitoring schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Drafting and/or validating briefs, proposals, and client presentations
• Ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and strategic alignment in each delivery
• Identifying growth opportunities within the account and communicating them to team leaders
• Following up on invoicing, purchase orders, and account administrative processes
• Preparing status reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation
• Supporting the building of solid and trustworthy client relationships

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in account management, customer service, or similar roles in advertising, marketing, or communication agencies
• Skills:
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (creativity, media, production)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and quality in deliverables
  • Proactivity and ability to anticipate client needs
  • Negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship management

Nice to Have

• Experience with automotive, mass consumption, retail, or high-competition categories
• Previous experience in advertising agencies or marketing consultancy
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of brand strategy, media, or digital production
• Intermediate English proficiency
