About the Position
Account Executive - DACH area
thinkproject, a leader in the construction technology sector, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team in the DACH region. Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, driving digital transformation in the construction industry.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the presales team to understand client needs and create tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proactively nurture and expand existing client relationships.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- New Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and acquire new clients.
Requirements
- Sales Expertise: Convincing, negotiation skills, and a strong network.
- Proactive and Independent: Comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone and driving results.
- Customer-Centric: Clear focus on customer needs with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
- Follow-Up: Consistent follow-up and motivation of clients. Willingness to travel is required.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (daily working language) and very good English (for internal collaboration and career development) – both are mandatory.
- Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in sales of SaaS solutions to medium-sized companies.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not required.
