About the Position

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and successful sales professional for the Enterprise Account Executive role at Creatio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global vendor of an AI-native platform that automates workflows and CRM with no-code and a maximum degree of freedom. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will have the chance to make an immediate impact by expanding the number of Enterprises using the Creatio platform in the DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies
  • Focus on new logo acquisition and manage relationships with existing accounts to identify opportunities for cross and up-sales
  • Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics
  • Generate new business opportunities on an assigned territory, manage pipeline, opportunities, forecasting, and other items related to a normal outside sales function
  • Establish relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT)
  • Develop and orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Work with all customer functions, including executive-level personnel, various customer stakeholders, architecture, operations, design, vendor management, innovation, sourcing, and customer procurement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working within enterprise SaaS platform sales into large Enterprises
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets
  • Deep understanding of executive-level Enterprise and/or Global Account sales and methodologies
  • Outstanding organizational, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to build and maintain strong, lasting business relationships with clients
  • Ability to identify and focus on the highest-revenue potential clients
  • Understanding of key market and industry trends and dynamics
  • Strong personal network within the DACH region
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Fluent in German and English - both verbal and written
  • Experience with CRM/BPM software space is a plus
