About the Position

Account Executive for Consumer Goods (Hunter)

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in Chicago, focusing on driving growth in the Consumer Goods industry. This role involves pursuing 12 to 20 major lines of business within the Consumer Goods industry vertical, offering a mix of existing accounts and new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Pursue 12-20 major Consumer Goods accounts, both existing and new.
• Act as the account lead, setting sales strategies and managing client relationships.
• Drive growth by identifying and hunting new opportunities.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients with limited Client Partner support.
• Scale accounts at pace.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience selling consulting services.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience working for a Global Consulting Firm, with a minimum of $4M annual quota.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience selling similar service offerings into Consumer Goods pursuits.
• Demonstrated success selling deals in the $5 to $50M range.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Advanced degree (MBA or Masters).
• Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts.
• Demonstrable problem-solving abilities.

We Offer

• Competitive salary between $190,000 - $210,000 annually.
• Quarterly commissions plan based on TCV sales.
