About the Position
Account Executive (German Speaking) – Customer Success
Our client, a global leader in customer experience management, is hiring a German-speaking Account Executive to join their Customer Success team in Barcelona, Spain. This full-time role (39h/week) offers an office-based position with hybrid potential. The salary is 30,000 € gross/year, with an additional performance bonus of up to 3,500 €.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with new and existing hosts
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Improve listing quality and account performance
- Provide proactive, tailored solutions
- Manage an account pipeline and meet growth targets
- Track activities using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Meet outreach and engagement KPIs
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Participate in training and development
Requirements
- 1–2 years in customer success, account management, or similar roles
- Fluent German (C2) and strong English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Target-driven with excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
- Hospitality or property background is an advantage
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
