Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients based on trust and credibility.
• Collaborate with internal account leads on supporting day-to-day project management through content, strategy, and creative departments.
• Support in internal and client meetings, presentations, and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks, and follow-up communications.
• Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans, and production materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed-upon strategies and business objectives.
• Keep the agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems and potential implications; proactively develop and execute solutions.
• Proactively contribute to managing project scope and budget; notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope; alert clients of financial and timing implications; secure client approval to proceed and revise budgets as needed.
• Analyze program results, summarize findings, and recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward.
• Assist senior leadership in the development of program recaps and associated presentations for clients based on analysis of results and recommendations.
• Monitor the status of work-in-progress and client budgets; lead internal status meetings with finance and project management; review estimates/billing and approve invoices.

Requirements

• Scientific Degree completed with Marketing/Economics specialization.
• 2 years' experience in the industry.
• Communication – both written and spoken.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of the Agency’s offerings and industry trends.
