About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive Lead to manage and grow our LeadGen advertiser relationships. Lead a high-impact team, drive revenue growth, and shape our Lead Generation strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives responsible for managing and scaling LeadGen advertiser relationships.
  • Own the strategy and execution of post-onboarding account growth, including revenue forecasting, performance reviews, and advertiser prioritization.
  • Ensure flawless campaign setup and optimization across tracking, creative approvals, compliance, and landing flow requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Publisher Management, Media Buying, Compliance, and Tech to unlock growth opportunities and streamline workflows.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key advertisers and support AEs in high-stakes commercial conversations.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes, operating cadences, and playbooks to improve team efficiency and performance.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on advertiser trends, revenue growth, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, client services, or digital advertising.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing account or client-facing teams.
  • Demonstrated success growing performance-driven advertiser accounts and managing multimillion-dollar revenue books.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with performance data and BI tools.
  • Deep knowledge of LeadGen funnels, tracking platforms (Retreaver, Invoca, Everflow, RedTrack), and optimization best practices.
  • Understanding of media buying platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok) and publisher ecosystem dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
