About the Position
Account Executive - Los Angeles County (Entry Level)
Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States
Work Type: Hybrid
Compensation: USD 65,000 - 110,000
Responsibilities
- In addition to enhancing a pre-existing book of business, identify and develop new business opportunities using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM platforms.
- Engage with business leaders-including senior decision-makers-to understand their needs.
- Present Quadient’s solutions and support the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Build strong relationships that drive long-term business growth.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Reaching out to new and existing customers (calls, LinkedIn, email, in person meetings) to open opportunities.
- Running discovery conversations with business leaders.
- Demoing solutions with support from your team.
- Building a pipeline that directly drives your earnings.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A coachable, growth-oriented mindset.
- Team-first attitude with a drive to succeed.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (3 days/week).

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based near Los Angeles, with local travel to customer sites 3-4 times per week.
