About the Position

Account Executive (Maternidade Cover / Temporary)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client relationships, deeply understanding their business challenges to translate them into clear and actionable guidelines for internal teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (strategy, creativity, production) to ensure campaigns are developed with excellence, fluidity, and coherence.
• Oversee the implementation of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring execution aligns with business objectives and brand vision.
• Anticipate potential bottlenecks in the workflow and propose agile solutions that maintain project momentum and quality.
• Collaborate in the analysis of results and presentation of reports, providing a critical view on how to optimize future actions.
• Foster an environment of collaboration, empathy, and trust, both internally and with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of demonstrable experience in account management within agencies, preferably with retail, mass consumption, or high-transactional ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of the agency workflow and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and structured.
• Courses, diplomas, or certifications in project management, digital marketing, or agile methodologies (desirable).
• Advanced English (essential).
