As a member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on strategic client engagement and acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Mexico
  • Designing and presenting consultative proposals that align with client goals and industry trends
  • Building deep trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advisor and advocate within Microsoft Advertising
  • Leveraging performance data and insights to identify opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development, or marketing
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections

Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Experience working with performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
  • Experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns is desirable (ROAS, CPA, CPL)
  • Familiarity with attribution models, A/B testing, and tracking technologies (pixels, SDKs, MMPs, etc.) is desirable and useful for client acquisition

Consultative Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and a client-first approach
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a continuous learning attitude
  • Analytical rigor and attention to detail

Languages

  • Fluent English (required)

Tools

  • Required: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Copilot/Gemini/ChatGPT
  • Desirable: Salesforce, Google Analytics
