Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management: Craft detailed project plans, define scopes, build timelines, and allocate resources alongside the Account Supervisor.
• Budget & Timeline Tracking: Keep a close eye on project progress and budgets, proactively identifying potential delays and optimizing costs without compromising quality.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client briefs and feedback, while staying up-to-date on your client's industry trends.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule, facilitate, and document internal and client meetings, ensuring everyone is aligned on agreements and next steps.
• Reporting & Presentations: Design clear, concise status reports and compelling presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Team Support: Back up the Account Supervisor with strategic planning, problem-solving, and the creation of new business proposals and pitches.
• Admin & Finance Management: Own the administrative workflow using Advertmind-from uploading estimates and securing client approvals to gathering campaign evidence and tracking the billing and invoicing process.
• Document Control: Maintain an organized, up-to-date archive of all relevant project documentation (briefs, contracts, approvals, etc.) so the team always has what they need.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Project Manager, or a similar role, preferably within a creative, marketing, or tech agency.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a relentless attention to detail.
• Strong financial awareness for budget tracking, estimate management, and billing follow-ups.
• Stellar communication and presentation skills-you know how to read a room, manage stakeholders, and deliver a message clearly.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Tech-savviness and familiarity with agency management software.
