Who We Are

Glovo is seeking an Account Executive for Top Accounts in Spain to bring high-impact partners onto our platform, focusing on building strong relationships with top-tier brands.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect top-tier companies and brands across Spain that are the right fit for Glovo's platform.
  • Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Develop strong personal relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, commercial directors etc) from the first touchpoint.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes: from initial outreach and pitch to negotiation, contract signing, and final activation.
  • Craft compelling, tailored value propositions that resonate with each partner's business goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to structure deals and ensure a smooth onboarding for new partners.
  • Represent Glovo at industry events, trade fairs, and face-to-face meetings across the national territory.
  • Report pipeline progress, forecasts, and market insights to the Regional Director team on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, new business sales, or enterprise sales - closing new partners or clients is your thing.
  • Strong hunter mentality: you are proactive, persistent, and motivated by bringing in new business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills - you know how to connect with people at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in person and in writing.
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across Spain for partner meetings and industry events.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking (Salesforce or similar) and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong understanding of the food & beverage industry and/or experience in the delivery or food & beverage sector is a plus.
