Responsibilities
- Be mainly responsible for Account Management (AM) Group KPI in revenue & maintain relationships with key accounts and customer visits according to set tiers of corporate customers to generate sales volumes & revenues through upselling, retention, and reactivation activities;
- Work closely and coordinating with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing issues, customer complaints, and other inquiries;
- Roll out periodic surveys on existing corporate customer cohorts from time to time to identify market insights;
- Collaborate with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall campaign timeline to ensure the integration plan is finished as committed to expected output quality;
- Others: Ad-hoc tasks/works assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;
- 1-2 years solid experience in working experience in sales, account management, & customer support;
- Good sense with product flow & merchant solutions; high skill in campaign management;
- Able to work independently and work under pressure;
- Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
