Account Management Manager (Influencer Marketing and Media)

About the Position

AnyMind Thailand is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in influencer marketing and media solutions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Management Manager to join our team and drive success in influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Planning project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns
• Connect with clients to fully understand client's expectation and lead team to execute and achieve optimal business results
• Understanding each project requirements and execute for optimal business results
• Liaise with relevant departments to acquire supports for growing client's business and fulfill contract compliances
• Monitor campaign performance, look out for potential problems, work on solutions to prevent, and stand by to resolve problems (sometimes during weekends)
• Consolidate reports and customize them accordingly to client's requirements with key findings and meaningful recommendations
• Acquiring relevant data and insights for evaluating account's performance and setting digital marketing direction
• Coordinate with 3rd parties to fulfill contract compliance
• Able to upsell once understanding client's expectation and seeing business areas to grow

Requirements

Must Have

• Over 5 years of working as Account Executive, Account Management, or related field
• Must have knowledge of AI adaptation in the job
• Deep influencer and digital marketing knowledge

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Skill
• Good command of English and Thai
