About the Position
We are seeking an Account Management Team Lead to oversee our account management team in Bratislava, Slovakia. Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the account management team
- Develop and implement account management strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
- Native proficiency in Slovak
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Strong understanding of the mobility and tech industry
