About the Position
We are hiring an Account Manager for a full-time position in São Paulo, Brazil. Join our team and optimize business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and optimizing business relationships and partnerships to achieve business KPI’s.
- Build relationships, increase loyalty, and provide customers with the most relevant, personalized, and rewarding experience in a sustainable way.
- Liaise with in-house resources and operators to undertake promotional fulfillment and analysis of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Keep close track on the performance of promotional campaigns to identify problems or issues that may arise.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize strategy and ensure KPI targets are met.
- Represent the entire range of the Company’s products.
- Distribute and present information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective key account relationships.
- Act as an intermediary between internal departments and customers.
- Act as an escalation point for customers for any issues, and drive resolution action.
- Provide root-cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and execution of solutions.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Company solutions according to customers’ needs and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or similar client-facing role (Igaming industry is a plus).
- Sound commercial awareness and knowledge of business development.
- Demonstrate a clear knowledge of how to generate results in a complex commercial environment.
- Experienced at effective client management.
- Be analytical with the ability to think strategically.
- Have a genuine passion for sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Educational background in a related field would be preferred.
- Strong communication and written ability in English with a strong command of spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be presentable, willing to travel, and work outside of normal office hours.
- Any other ad hoc duties related to the role.
