About the Position

NOVODEK USA INC. is a company operating in the USA in the field of visual advertising and exhibition solutions. We produce large-format fabric printing, lightboxes, and exhibition structures for business clients.

We are looking for an Account Manager to support clients from the initial inquiry to the final result.

Work Format

• Remote
• Schedule: 16:00–01:00 Kyiv time
• Clients: USA

Compensation

• Base Rate: $900
• Bonus System: Percentage of sales
• Average Income After Onboarding: $1500–2000+

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming requests
• Communication with US clients (email / messengers / calls)
• Preparing quotes and invoices
• Supporting orders at all stages
• Coordinating between production, design, and sales teams
• Managing CRM and controlling deadlines

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate+
• Experience in Account Management / Customer Support / Sales / Project Management
• Experience with CRM
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in production / printing / manufacturing
• Understanding of printing processes
• Experience working with US clients

Cooperation Format

• Individual Entrepreneur (IE)
• The company covers accounting and taxes
