Responsibilities

• Translate the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with team members on required deliverables, and manage client expectations.
• Create a portfolio of client accounts and monitor the ongoing activities related to them.
• Manage and oversee the progress and delivery of client projects.
• Maintain agency quality standards, perform SOP, and lead team collaboration.
• Update and manage client expectations about the progress of solutions/projects from the agency.
• Identify business performance for handling brands and initiate suggestions for the Account Director.
• Analyze work performance and results for a client, and initiate the requirements or next steps.
• Monitor, manage, and chase work progress.
• Supervise Account Executive, grooming process: delegating, training, and preparing talent.
• Deliver presentations, including business reviews, competition analysis, industry trends, etc.
• Determine goals and establish annual budgets for clients handled.
• Provide agency briefs for agency respective colleagues according to solution/project necessity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Prefer a digital creative agency experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords (or willingness to learn fast).
• Must be proactive, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to drive continuous improvement.
• Truly interested in account management and passionate about what you do.
