About the Position
Account Manager (with relocation to USA)
Remote
Ukraine
USA
As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, drive business development, and increase account revenue through targeted strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will leverage FinTech expertise to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and align our services with client objectives. Your focus will be on fostering long-term loyalty and accelerating sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Meet sales, booking, and billing targets consistently
- Create and maintain a strategic Account Development Plan based on client objectives and pain points
- Foster and deepen relationships with key decision-makers to expand wallet share
- Build credibility with senior technology and business leaders to execute account growth strategies
- Identify both explicit and hidden client needs and present compelling solutions
- Act as a customer advocate, collaborating across functions to align on goals and success metrics
- Work closely with account executives, partner teams, and service teams to strengthen relationships
- Monitor client satisfaction, achieve outstanding NPS scores, and initiate actions to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Solid understanding of IT consulting, software development concepts, industry regulations, and best practices
- Proven experience in consultative sales or customer management with enterprise or large ISV clients
- Strong track record of driving account revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively
- Experience working with diverse, multi-cultural, and geographically dispersed teams
- Strong ability to build trusted client relationships and influence decision-making processes
- Capability to collaborate across executive and operational levels in IT and business environments
- Confidence in representing services and solutions to senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience or education in FinTech and wealth management domains
- Background in managing accounts within regulated industries
- Familiarity with financial technology trends and innovations
