About the Position
Account manager B2B
Location: Oosthuizen, Netherlands
Working Hours: 32-40 hr
Responsibilities
As an Account Manager B2B, you and your colleagues are the main point of contact for our business clients. You will build your own customer portfolio and provide support where needed. Additionally, you will work closely with the order processing team to ensure that orders run smoothly. Your focus is on achieving maximum customer satisfaction and expanding our customer base. You are commercially driven and get energized by securing orders. Moreover, you enjoy thinking along with the customer to understand their needs and preferences, allowing you to respond optimally. This way, you can always provide the best possible service and ensure that everything runs flawlessly.
Requirements
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours a week
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in Dutch, English is a plus
- Disciplined, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and have a commercial attitude
