Account Manager - Barcelona - Catalan Speaker

Glovo is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our Regions team in Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be the key liaison for our top-tier restaurant partners, ensuring their success and growth with Glovo.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication.
• Evaluate and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically, taking actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
• Develop and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance.
• Optimize Glovo’s visibility through marketing actions with partners.
• Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
• Understand, build action plans, and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
• Enhance operational efficiency of partners by ensuring the best service to customers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations is a plus.
• Native Spanish, Catalan, and English skills.
• Strong commercial skills and customer obsession.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills with a data-driven mentality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in account management, relationship building, and marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.
