About the Position
Account Manager - Bilbao

Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs, and building engagement.
- Evaluating, following up, and building reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Taking actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- Drawing and executing plans, making your partners grow through promotions negotiations, marketing activations, and menu performance.
- Optimizing Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners.
- Improving Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
- Understanding, building action plans, and following up on churned and inactive partners.
- Improving operational efficiency of our partners by ensuring we always deliver the best service to our customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms, or top tech companies).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations is a plus.
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office.
- Native Spanish and English skills.
- Strong commercial skills and customer obsession.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills: finding smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with great critical-thinking.
- A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the marketing or restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
