About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on professional to lead and manage the Merchant Operations function. This role will focus on maintaining strong relationships with merchants, overseeing payment operations, and coordinating with PSP’s and payment partners.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing the Account Management Team
Building and maintaining strong merchant relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Overseeing day-to-day payment operations and resolving issues efficiently
Managing communication with PSP’s acquirers and payment partners
Acting as the main escalation point for merchant and payment related matters
Identifying opportunities to improve payment performance and drive merchant growth

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in payments, fintech or financial services
Background in merchant/account management or payment operations
Solid understanding of payment flows, PSP’s and transaction lifecycle
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills

Success Metrics

Merchant satisfaction and retention
Payment performance (approvals, uptime)
Team efficiency and issue resolution time
