Responsibilities

• Key Hospital Ecosystem Development & Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital leadership, pharmacy departments, healthcare insurance offices, and key experts.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and drive long-term collaboration and product accessibility.

• Scientific Promotion & Operational Sustainability

  • Leverage strong product and disease-area expertise to conduct scientific promotion in compliance with company policies across key business areas, including access, reimbursement, and clinical practice.
  • Identify and address suspension and restriction risks, and drive issue resolution and operational sustainability.

• Hospital & Retail Access Management

  • Drive hospital and retail access initiatives, identify and remove key access barriers, and support sustainable product access and utilization.

• Reimbursement & Patient Access Support

  • Monitor reimbursement policy developments, support resolution of reimbursement-related issues, and enhance patient access.

• Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead regional projects and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Business, and other relevant functions to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; healthcare or life science background preferred.
  • Exceptional candidates may be considered with a college diploma, subject to company approval.

• Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Experience in Market Access, Key Account Management, or business management, with proven ability to manage stakeholders across different levels.
  • Extensive experience in compliant scientific promotion, with strong compliance awareness and the ability to conduct in-depth scientific discussions and drive business issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, access, and reimbursement processes.
