Account manager (education abroad)

Our client, an international educational company, is opening a vacancy for an Account Manager specializing in education abroad.

Responsibilities

• Support of clients during the preparation to attend a foreign university
• Consultations in the process of collecting and filling documents
• Assistance in visa processing
• Communication with universities
• Controlling terms of submission of documents and terms of payment of services

Requirements

• More than 1 year of work experience in the customer service sphere
• Higher education
• Experience in receiving additional higher education abroad (scholarship programs, grants) is obligatory
• Fluent English is a must
