About the Position

Account Manager - EN/FR (Australia)

At Odoo, we are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Account Manager to join our team in Australia. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving the company's growth through upselling and contract renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Australia.
• Analyze and understand customers' IT projects in-depth; become their Odoo sales expert!
• Identify potential/incentive future sales by increasing customers' use of the solution.
• Demonstrate the product (new apps, features) and new versions to end-users.
• Negotiate contract renewals ranging from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.

Requirements

Must have:

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong organizational skills; managing around 150 clients.
• Strong relational & negotiation skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Passion for software products.
• Quick & autonomous learner.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of IT projects and client-facing solution selling.
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients.
• Ability to identify upselling opportunities and align solutions to customer needs.
• Confident in delivering product demonstrations and presenting new features to end-users.
• Experience in contract negotiation and subscription-based renewals.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on customer retention and expansion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients in a fast-paced environment.
